Hotkeys

Rebinding keyboard shortcuts, and the ones that cannot be rebound.

Every command and its shortcut, searchable. For what the drawing keys actually do, see the keyboard reference.

Rebinding

Click a command's shortcut, then press the new one.

• Backspace clears the binding, leaving the command Unbound.
• Escape cancels without changing anything.
• A shortcut already used elsewhere is flagged as a conflict rather than silently stealing it.

Reset Defaults puts everything back.

What the columns mean

• System - reserved. Escape, Enter and Backspace mean the same thing in every tool and cannot be reassigned.
• User - you have changed this one.
• Unbound - no shortcut.
• while drawing - the binding only applies mid-drawing, so the same key can do something else the rest of the time.

Only While Drawing filters the list to those.

Modifier keys

Two behaviours are fixed to Shift rather than being bindings:

• Dragging a line endpoint constrains to 45 degree increments.
• Rotating a page snaps to the angle increment, where it rotates freely otherwise.
