Common Questions

What's included in the free trial?

Everything. The full Advanced experience — the Utilities & Civil module, smart plan detection, markup, materials takeoff, and exports — is unlocked for 30 days. The Claude AI connector is available on Advanced with AI access enabled on your account.

Do I need an internet connection?

Intuitive is a native Windows desktop app — your plans open and render locally. You'll need a connection to sign in to your account and for automatic updates.

Can I change plans or add users later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add users at any time from your account settings. Additional users are prorated for the current billing period.

How does billing work?

Pay securely online and your subscription renews automatically. Invoicing is available on annual plans, and we offer volume pricing for larger teams.

Can I use it on a real project during the trial?

Yes. The 30-day trial is the complete Advanced experience — import your plan sets, run real takeoffs, and export finished deliverables. Nothing is watermarked or held back.
